Returns Policy

All the products purchased from LnF Computers are covered by a generous 30 day return policy, unless otherwise specified.

In the first 30 days from the original invoice date you may return an item for a full refund (not includes shipping and handling or any rush fees).

For all returns or exchanges, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from LNF COMPUTERS. To obtain an RMA please email us at support@lnfcomputers.com. Upon issuing an RMA we will also provide, the necessary information on where to ship and how to pack your return.

Please do not ship the item back to the address on the box, as we will not be able to track and identify it as a return. The warehouse that shipped you the product is not handling the returns, these are processed in a different location.

Before shipping out a product for refund/exchange, make sure you include all the accessories that you received (cables, manuals, DVDs, etc.), the original box and packing materials. We cannot accept return for incomplete shipments. The product being return must also be in perfect condition, no scratches, dents or any signs of wear.

Upon receiving a product we will inspect it, check the serial number. If the serial number does not match with the serial that we have on file for that particular order, we cannot accept the return. The item will be shipped back you, on your expense.

Shipping carrier damage

If you receive the package, and it shows signs of outer damage, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

However if you accept the shipment and then you believe it has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours. It is very important to keep all the original packing materials (box, peanuts etc.). We will file a claim with the shipping carrier, which in most cases will inspect the package, including the packing materials. If any packing materials are missing the shipment cannot be rendered as shipping carrier damage, and therefore we won't be able to reimburse you.

Defective products – "Dead on Arrival" (DOA)

If you received a product that is defective and it doesn't have visible signs of physical damage, email us at support@lnfcomputers.com. We will issue an RMA, and upon receiving the product we will ship a replacement if available, or offer a refund.

Non defective items returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
