- For any of the custom built computer we will ship the item within 4-5 bussiness days from the date we received cleared payment. This will allow us to built and test the computer before shipping out. Once we ship out the system, we will provide you with tracking information as soon as it is available to us.
For any other item purchased from our website we will ship it within 1-2 bussiness day from the date we received cleared payment. In some cases we will ship the item same-day. We will provide a tracking number for the package once the tracking information is available to us.
Delivery times vary and depend only on the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS). We have no control over shipping times once the package has been picked up by the carrier. - Privacy & Security

- All custom built systems will come with a 30-day money back guarantee. In the first 30 days from the original invoice date you may return any item for a full refund (not includes shipping and handling or any rush fees).
All computer components and accesories can be returned for a replacement if they are defective. Please contact us when the item you received is not functioning properly to assist you with replacement of the product. - Ordering
